Jennifer Borislow, Founder and Principal of Borislow Insurance, is a past President of the Million Dollar Roundtable (MDRT) and an influential voice in the industry. She has been a key contributor to leading associations such as NABIP, NAIFA, and AALU, helping to establish best practices and elevate industry standards.

Jennifer’s dedication to mentoring and thought leadership has inspired countless professionals while positioning BI as a trusted leader in the benefits space. In addition, Jennifer currently holds advisory board positions with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Point32Health, Health Plans Inc., and Mutual of Omaha. Jen is also the Chair of the Board at Northern Essex Community College, on the Advisory Council Board at Enterprise Bank, and a Board of Trustees member at both Kimball Union Academy and the Merrimack Valley YMCA.

Mark Gaunya is the founder and CEO of Captivated Health, an innovative captive program launched in 2014 to help organizations achieve greater control over their healthcare costs and outcomes. His leadership in this space reflects a deep commitment to delivering tailored, sustainable solutions that empower employers and employees alike. Mark also serves as Chair of NABIP’s Delta Task Force and co-authored The American Healthcare Consumer Bill of Rights, a framework for consumer-centric healthcare reform.

Throughout his career, he has held pivotal leadership roles, including National Legislative Chair of NABIP, President of the Massachusetts Chapter of NABIP, and Board Member of the Massachusetts Healthcare Connector. Additionally, Mark serves on Berkley Accident & Health’s advisory board, further reinforcing his focus on improving accessibility and affordability in healthcare.

Lisa M. Cohen is Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at Borislow Insurance, where she leads enterprise operations and drives alignment between strategy and execution. She focuses on building scalable processes, enhancing organizational performance, and leveraging data-driven insights to support continued growth and exceptional client service. With more than 30 years of experience in financial services and healthcare leadership, Lisa brings deep expertise in financial strategy, operations, and performance optimization.

Prior to joining Borislow Insurance, she held CFO and VPO roles at other healthcare organizations across New England. Lisa is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Global Management Accountant (CGMA). She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts–Dartmouth.

David has served as President of NABIP-MA and contributed to the Massachusetts Health Insurance Connector and the Commonwealth’s Special Commission on Behavioral Health Promotion and Upstream Prevention.

Dave actively contributes to numerous industry publications and is a frequent speaker. Most recently, Dave facilitated an expert panel discussion on Leveraging Artificial Intelligence to Improve Risk Precision, Pricing, and Performance at the Self-Insured Institute of America's (SIIA’s) Artificial Intelligence forum.

His leadership emphasizes behavioral health access and innovative solutions for employers.

Borislow Insurance’s Vice President of Operations, Amy Sabato, has been a part of Borislow for nearly two decades. Resourceful and authentic in her work, she is most proud of sharing her knowledge with others through the local SHRM community as she continues to expand her Human Resources expertise. In addition to her work in HR, Amy is always on the job as leader of finance operations. She enjoys working with people as well as making an impact in employees’ lives, and her favorite part of the job is that every day differs from the previous one.

Outside of work, Amy is passionate about keeping up with research on multiple sclerosis, as the disease has had a major impact on her family. At the top of her bucket list is traveling - lots of traveling.

Borislow Insurance’s Vice President of Compliance, Bianca Saul, has been helping clients for over a decade now. She was drawn to the industry by a combination of her desire to help employers navigate the complex regulations of national health care reform, her interest in human resources, and her passion for helping people. Bianca enjoys the challenge of staying up to date with the ever-changing regulations that affect employee benefits. She once successfully supported over 150 employers through national healthcare reform implementation, helping them navigate regulations and implementing solutions to meet their goals.

Outside of work, Bianca is part of the board of Community Giving Tree, supporting their mission of providing essential items to low-income families in Massachusetts. Her passion for making a difference in the lives of others is reflected in her work at Borislow - she finds it rewarding to provide guidance to employers and employees on compliance, allowing her to use her analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills every day on the job.

Chris is Vice President of Risk Management, helping clients make confident, informed decisions through financial risk evaluation and predictive modeling. He partners with organizations to develop annual and multi‑year health and welfare strategies that balance cost management with program satisfaction, leading the financial reporting and underwriting analysis that supports long‑term stability.
With more than 20 years of experience in financial underwriting and benefits consulting, Chris brings deep expertise from both the carrier and consulting sides, including leadership roles at Marsh & McLennan Agency Northeast, Towers Watson, and Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Connecticut.
