    1. Product Research: We constantly monitor the investment marketplace in search of new and competitive programs

    2. Employee Meetings:
      1. New employee introduction meetings before each open enrollment date
      2. Existing employee education meetings in the 1st quarter of each year
      3. Emergency meetings for participants when the financial markets are particularly volatile

    3. Bi-Annual Trustee Meeting: usually held in November to review product, service etc.

    4. Investment Committee Meetings (larger companies): A group of employees (2 or 4) is convened to review and select the portfolios most appropriate for your plan. Meetings are held annually in October.

    5. Troubleshooting Services; We will serve as a "point person" for any situations that arise with the TPA or investment firm

    6. Individual Employee Consultation: Assist your people with investment choices and amounts using toll-free phone or e-mail

    Our Methods:

    We study the available products in the marketplace to find the programs best suited to your company's profile. we believe that employee involvement is also helpful in the success of a plan, therefore, we offer a survey to your employees to determine the features and investment options desired.

    Providers offer a large array of stock, bond and money market products to choose from. It is our recommendation that no more than 10-14 choices be offered to employees at the start of plan operations.

    For a plan to be successful, a large number of rank and file employees must participate. Choosing an investment company is a small part of the service we provide. Retirement plans are restricted as to the dollar amounts deposited by highly compensated employees/ owners (hce's).     Annual Investment Review Meetings:

    Each year we will visit with your people to look back at the prior year's performance, and offers some viewpoints on the future. We will reinforce the all-important "golden rules"; which should help stabilize the returns they see. This is an opportunity for additional investment education that should prove helpful in mangaging their assets.

    Enrollment Sessions:

    Primarily motivational sessions designed to encourage participation amongst new hires as well as increasing the contributions of existing participants.

    Bi-annual trustee or investment committee review:

    The retirement plan world changes rapidly; new products are introduced; portfolio managers come and go, better fund choices become available, and your company dynamics might change. Our goal is to keep the plan updated regarding these issues, and to make certain that the product or investment selections that we choose are competitive.

    Other Services:

    Employees find it very difficult to make investment decisions. We will educate the employees, and present portfolio guidance to the group. We want them comfortable with the plan so that they will continue participating and the "hce"s are not setback. Other financial planning services can be made available to the employees with your permission as well.
