Through his rich consulting experience, John has earned the reputation as a knowledgeable, reliable and trustworthy consultant. His credibility in the market begins with building strong relationships to truly understand each of his client’s unique circumstance. Listening to their challenges, needs and objectives, John diligently evaluates all benefit plans with an in-depth cost/benefit analysis to help navigate the best course of action for each company and their employee's individual needs. His innovative approach and proven strategies have enabled his clients to significantly reduce cost while offering employees valuable communications, helping them become more educated and engaged in their benefit programs.
John has the designated status of Preferred Broker with the health insurance carriers and has been appointed a seat on several Broker Advisory Councils of insurance carriers and third party administrators. He brings to Borislow Insurance his passion and commitment to his client’s best interest. His principled ethic is utilized to further our personal relationships with our loyal and prominent clientele. As Executive Vice President, Sales & Services, his responsibilities are to partner with Jennifer and Mark on client relationship building, continuous implementation of the company’s strategic business plan, and providing project leadership to the staff on all initiatives. Maura Buckley Troiano

In August 2010, Maura Buckley Troiano joined Borislow Insurance as a Senior Sales Consultant. Maura is a graduate of University of New Hampshire with a BA in Theater and Communications and holds a Health and Life Producers License from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. She spent 7 years at the Panasonic Corporation of America in Sales after college. During her 11 years at Tufts Health Plan, she focused on group health plans, such as self-insured plans, commercial HMO plans and focused her energies on Tufts Health Plan initial entrance into the Consumer Driven Healthcare marketplace.
Maura joined Open Solutions, a technology company for financial institutions, as Area Vice President for Health Savings Accounts (HSA) where she focused nationally on banks above $10 billion to set up their HSA programs. More recently, she worked with employers on the East Coast to develop, implement and maintain Group Benefit programs for Gallagher Benefit Services.
Her primary responsibility as Senior Sales Consultant will be to work closely with Jennifer and Mark in a new business sales production capacity. In that role, she will focus on new business and account acquisition, as well manage a small number of existing clients
Ms. Troiano lives in Marshfield, MA with her husband and 2 children. She divides her volunteer time between the Boys and Girls Club of Marshfield and local community theater group, the Bay Players.

Jeffrey J. Venuti

Jeff brings over 15 years experience in the insurance and employee benefits field.
Prior to joining The Borislow Insurance Agency, Jeff worked as a Senior Employee
Benefits and HR Consultant with The Bostonian Group for over four years. Jeff 's
previous insurance experience was with Tufts HP as the Major and National Accounts
Manager and, prior to joining Tufts HP, was an Account Representative for Group
Health Inc. located in New York State managing some of their largest accounts. Specifically,
Jeff partners with clients in the overall planning and strategy of the employee
benefits program, and is also responsible for new program implementation, compliance
review, day-to-day account servicing, and claims management reporting. Jeff received
his B. A. from the State University of New York College at Fredonia and completed
his M.S. in Human Resources from Suffolk University in December 2007. Jeff is an

Susan Boisvert, RHU

As the Team Leader of Client Consulting, Susan's goal is seeing that Borislow clients
receive the guidance and ongoing support they need for their benefits programs.
This includes counseling them on plan design, overseeing the annual bid process
and assuring that all the details are followed up.
Susan came to Borislow Insurance from Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Massachusetts, where
she held a variety of positions over seventeen years. Her inside knowledge of health
insurance makes Susan a valued resource to her clients and colleagues alike. She
knows what is required to resolve claims issues, and she continually helps Borislow
clients with additional programs they may decide to offer to enhance their benefits,
such as vision care and short- or long-term disability insurance.
Susan has earned her Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) designation, which indicates
a high degree of proficiency in the health benefits field. She has special expertise
in managing large group accounts, negotiating with vendors and developing strategic

Debbie Mitchell, RHU

Debbie’s role in the Employee Benefits Department has her managing some of
Borislow Insurance's larger clients, primarily focusing on the larger corporations.
She efficiently serves as a liaison between administrators and insurance carriers.
Her role includes conducting research, implementing benefit products and providing
outstanding service to new and existing Borislow clients. Debbie’s focus on
the intimate particulars with the plan design and renewal process leaves the clients
with complete confidence that every detail has been thoroughly covered.
Before joining Borislow Insurance eleven years ago, Debbie had worked for thirteen
years at Delta Dental Plan of Massachusetts, a national dental provider network,
where she held positions in sales and customer service. Her prior interaction with
Borislow Insurance staff convinced her to join the agency’s Employee Benefits
Department.
Debbie has earned her Registered Health Underwriters (RHU) designation, which indicates
a high degree of proficiency in the health benefits field. She has special expertise

Marcy Halloran

Marcy serves a client consultant in the Employee Benefits Department. She helps
assess their benefit needs and take advantage of the various insurance programs
that allow a degree of customization, as well as cost-savings for employer and employee
alike.
Marcy joined Borislow Insurance in May 2003. Prior to joining, Marcy spent over
three years with another insurance agency, where she was responsible for all new
business submissions, retention and administrative functions for life and group
benefits clients.
Marcy has earned her Massachusetts Life/Accident & Health license. She continues
to expand her industry knowledge by taking continuing education courses. Marcy holds FINRA Series 6 and 63 securities licenses and is a Registered Representative of Signator Investores, Inc.

Michelle Simoneau

Michelle serves as a client consultant in the Employee Benefits Department. She
assist our clients in assessing their benefit needs and takes advantage of the various
insurance programs that are best for our clients, as well as cost-savings, not only
for the employer but the employee as well.
Michelle joined Borislow Insurance in October 2008. Prior to joining, Michelle spent
seven years at CIGNA HealthCare and Benefit Strategies in various capacities. Throughout
her career, she has been responsible for client administration, new business, renewals
and retention. Her experience allows her the ability to demonstrate industry knowledge
and continue to be disciplined and focused to service our clients.

Karen Kelly

As Health Information Consultant, Karen's role is to assist our Group Team Consultants
in analyzing client specific health data. Her goal is to help our clients better
understand the health issues their employees are facing and provide guidance on
steps they can take to help their employees manage their conditions and ultimately
reduce health care costs.
Karen, a registered nurse, brings extensive clinical and business background to
our Group Team. Prior to coming to Borislow, she worked 8 years at Anthem Blue Cross
Blue Shield in the Health Care Management Division, most recently as a clinical
consultant to the sales team in support of account acquisition and retention efforts.
She brings to Borislow comprehensive knowledge in Disease Management, Case Management
and Worksite Wellness.
The expertise that Karen brings to Borislow Insurance will be very instrumental
to the Client Consultants, especially with their larger clients. She brings a unique
background to Borislow Insurance which will be beneficial to serving our clients

Melanie Dion

Melanie has recently joined Borislow Insurance as the Worksite Wellness Coordinator.
In this role she will be assisting the Health Information Consultant with the daily
operational duties of the quickly developing Wellness Department. Before joining
the Borislow team, Melanie worked as a Key Accounts Manager for the financial
services firm, Stephens & Michaels Associates, for 5 years. She currently attends

William E. Bennett IV

William serves as a Technology Administrator for the
Group Team and is responsible for providing service related to the sale of new business,
generating annual renewals and performing other consultative and administrative
work in collaboration with the Client Consultants.
In his role at Borislow Insurance, William supports and contributes to the preparation
of annual renewal analysis, new business proposals, the RFP process, and all client
presentations. He is very instrumental in the implementation of new clients, both
internal and external.
William joined Borislow in 2006 following graduation from Westfield State College,

Stacy Caron
Benefits Analyst

As a Benefits Analyst, Stacy assists our Group Team and Health Information Consultant
by analyzing client demographics, health costs and health care utilization data.
Her goal is to identify trends for our clients and the related cost drivers that
may impact the future price of benefits. This information is also
used to identify possible future interventions and benefit design changes with the
ultimate goal of reducing health care costs.
Before she joined the Borislow team, Stacy worked in the Insurance industry for
over 5 years. She brought to the Borislow Insurance her extensive life insurance
expertise along with individual disability and long-term care knowledge. She has
a Bachelors in Mathematics and has passed her Massachusetts Producer Life Insurance

Brooke Lucas

| Brooke has recently joined Borislow Insurance in a newly created Sr. Account Coordinator
position. In her role Brooke supports the Client Consultants in all phases of the
renewal, marketing and implementation processes. Brooke is also responsible for
assisting clients with the day-to-day administration of their health and welfare
benefit programs.
Prior to joining the Borislow team, Brooke worked as an Account Specialist for The
Standard Insurance in Seattle, WA and prior to that she worked as an Account Manager
for Parker, Smith & Feek, Inc. in Bellevue, WA.
Brooke’s experience working for both Carrier and Broker provides her with
the industry knowledge and skill-set needed to deliver superior customer service

Amy LaPointe

Amy joined Borislow in a newly created position as a Customer Service Administrator and has since taken on the role of Account Coordinator.
In her role Amy works along side our Client Consultants to support our Clients
with answers to any ongoing questions they may have about their Health Benefits
plans or Value Added Services. In addition, Amy assists in all phases of client renewals as well as marketing and implementation.
Before joining Borislow Insurance, Amy worked at Fidelity Investments as a
Health and Welfare Representative. She supported many large clients with customer
service calls regarding their health benefits. She also has customer service
experience in prior roles with Toshiba Business Solutions, Forsythe Appraisals and
